The Twins Birthday Fun

I wanted to share these photos with you sooner, but I was busy with the birth of our newest grandson Brennan. He was born just two days after the twins birthday. So we have had a busy week! But oh so much fun. Here is the Boys Classic Winnie the Pooh birthday party. My daughter and myself were busy creating for week for this big event. She wanted to follow the theme that she had when she decorated their bedroom and that I also had for her baby shower. You can see those posts here and here.

They each had a homemade beehive cake

Black forrest cupcakes for the guests. And they were yummy!

honey pot cake pops

And of course we had to make the yummy tigger tails

We purchased wooden spoons and forks and stamped the handles with blue chevron print

I was supper excited when I found these yellow with black stripe pom poms at Hobby Lobby to make bees with

I cut out tags and Amanda  stamped these cute bees on them for a place where guests could write their name for their drink

My husband had a friend cut these adorable wood cut outs of Pooh and Tigger. Then Amanda spent quite a bit of time painting each one.

Material flag banners were made to decorate with, outside and inside
Amanda spent some time making a bee hive as a decoration

Every month she would take a photo of them by a chalk board as they were growing and made this cute picture banner and photo display

I printed out Pooh with a cute saying and she had each guest add their thumb print and write their name by it, so it could go into their baby albums.

My husband cut the wood slabs and we put together this cupcake stand. This served as the center piece on the food table

Mom and Dad putting their thumb print on

Cake smash time

Hey does your cake taste like mine

Mom I think I have had enough

Ok I am ready for a bath

a quick rinse in this tub. Boy did they have fun!

It was a very fun and memorable 1st Birthday

The Twins turn 1

Wow, I can't believe that it has been a year since the arrival of my twin grandson's! It seems like yesterday that I was in the delivery room watching as they made their entrance into the world.
Look at them now, their beautiful smiles and adorable faces. They have brought so much joy to all our lives. I had so much fun taking their One year photos.

Our little Bryson, Too cute!

Our little Connor, What a doll!

My absolute favorite!

I love these sweet little boys!
Wait till you see their Birthday party photos and all the work that my daughter did (with a little help from me) :) Coming soon! Stay tuned.....
